The main flow valve and the branch valve each include a valve body, a valve shaft connected to the valve body, and an operation lever connected to the valve shaft. It is a manual valve that opens and closes the flow path by swinging the operation lever in the axial direction of the valve shaft. The main flow path valve and the branch valve convert the swing of the operation lever into linear movement of the valve body, respectively. When the one of the main flow valve and the branch valve is open and the other valve is closed, the operating lever of one valve cannot swing the operating lever of the other valve.
