abstract The present invention relates to a Salmonella typhimurium strain containing a plasmid producing a tumer necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in eukaryotic cells inducing an anticancer effect and a composition for treating anticancer containing the same.n n n According to the present invention, by introducing a plasmid capable of expressing tumer necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in eukaryotic cells in an attenuated Salmonella strain without pathogenicity, it can exhibit much better anticancer effect than conventional Salmonella. In addition, it is possible to solve the toxicity problem of Salmonella, which expresses the conventional tumer necrosis factor alpha itself, and at the same time, it is much superior to carcinomas, especially colon cancer and skin cancer, which are difficult to administer the tumer necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) itself May have a therapeutic effect.
