Semisynthetic Method of Paclitaxel and Polyenpaclitaxel |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of semi-synthesis of paclitaxel and polyenpaclitaxel, and more particularly, supports 10-DAB III and a chiral side chain protected with a hydroxyl group as a protecting group, removes the side chain hydroxyl group through a condensation reaction, and removes oxalic acid (Oxazoline). Paclitaxel and polyenpaclitaxel are obtained by reversing the side chain structure by reaction with Mitsunobu.n n n This method is simple and has a high reaction rate and is suitable for industrial production. |
