Optical sheet and its manufacturing method |
abstract |
The present invention provides an optical sheet which is excellent in the light condensing function or the light diffusing function, which has a desired brightness increasing rate in a desired angular direction, particularly in the front direction, and which greatly suppresses side lobes, and a method of manufacturing such an optical sheet. The optical sheet has a substrate having a first surface on which a peak valley portion for condensing and scattering light is formed, and an optical adjusting portion having different optical properties from the substrate. The plurality of optical adjustment portions are formed in at least a portion of the light passing portion of the substrate when the parallel beam falls from the first surface in the normal direction of the surface located opposite the first surface. |
