abstract The present invention relates to a method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells present in bone marrow into mature neurons by culturing the composition in an optimized medium. Specifically, the mesenchymal stem cells present in bone marrow by culturing in optimized medium are mature neurons. A method for differentiating into cells is provided. Effective differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neurons or motor neurons by the pre-induction method of the present invention and a method using neuronal induction media (NIM) containing butyl hydroxyanisole, forskolin and VPA It can be used as a cell therapy for the treatment of neurological diseases.
