abstract The present invention relates to a dry restriction enzyme composition and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to a mixed solution in which a restriction enzyme, a reaction buffer and a stabilizing material are mixed, and optionally, a precipitate solution and / or a water-soluble dye are further mixed. It relates to a dry restriction enzyme composition prepared by drying and a method for producing the same. The desiccant restriction enzyme composition of the present invention simplifies the multi-step operation of mixing each component for restriction enzyme reactions, increases the stability of the reaction mixture, increases reliability in the reproducibility of the experiment, and crosses each component. By eliminating the possibility of contamination, when applied to various molecular biological fields such as genetic analysis, disease diagnosis, genetic recombination, etc., there is an advantage that a reliable result can be obtained in a short time.
