titleOfInvention Organic-inorganic hybrid polymer and method for producing same
abstract In the organic-inorganic hybrid polymer and the method for producing the organic-inorganic hybrid polymer having excellent heat resistance and excellent photopolymerization reactivity, a method of preparing the organic-inorganic hybrid polymer is obtained by mixing a hydrosilane and an acrylic compound to form a reaction mixture, and then applying light to the reaction mixture. It irradiates and makes it polymerize. Radical polymerization using the silyl radicals induced by irradiating light onto the hydrosilane as an initiator may simplify the process compared to a polymer polymerization process using a conventional catalyst, and heat resistance and photopolymerization using silicon polymers and organic polymers. It is possible to prepare an organic-inorganic hybrid polymer that can be easily added with excellent reactivity.
