titleOfInvention Antenna and semiconductor device having the antenna
abstract The present invention provides an antenna capable of suppressing uneven distribution of current density in an electromagnetic induction antenna and generating a magnetic field with less distortion. Another object of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor device with little variation in response frequency or communication distance. It is an antenna which has a notch in a part of loop-shaped conductor pattern, and the cross section of the said conductor pattern in the notch is opposed. Further, at the cutout, the conductor pattern of the antenna is electrically coupled to form a capacitance. Further, the antenna and the integrated circuit are semiconductor devices electrically connected at a power supply unit.
