The present invention relates to a novel Pseudoalteromons sp. Glu-1 strain, Pseudoalteromons sp. Glu-1, a method for producing fucoidanase using the same and fucoidanase produced therefrom. The present invention also relates to a method for producing oligofucoidan using a novel Pseudo-altomonas genus Glu-1 strain and fucoidanase produced therefrom, and oligofucoidan produced therefrom. Fucoidanase produced by the Pseudoalteromons sp.Glu -1 strain of Pseudoalthromonas of the present invention is a protein that is very stable against heat and pH, and specifically reacts with fucoidan derived from seaweed poultice. As a result, oligofucoidan, which has superior physiological activity as compared to fucoidan of the polymer, can be produced with high efficiency, and such oligofucoidan has high industrial utility as an additive for drugs, functional foods, or beverages. |
