Diagnostic protein chip comprising protein nanoparticles linked to disease marker epitopes and ultra-sensitive detection methods thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a disease diagnostic protein chip comprising a protein nanoparticle that is combined with a ferritin heavy chain and a disease marker-specific epitope, and a method for detecting a disease marker using the same. The present invention relates to a disease marker detection method using photoluminescence of a quantum dot-connected secondary antibody upon detection of a disease diagnosis protein chip including protein nanoparticles. The protein nanoparticles of the present invention are spherical by self-assembly to provide a stable immobilization effect as an active probe with a certain orientation on the substrate of the protein chip, and also shows the effect of improving the integration of the probe per unit area. By applying the ultra-high sensitivity detection method using the quantum dot and PCR of the invention it can be usefully used for the development of high sensitivity protein nanochips and diagnostic kits. |
