abstract The present invention relates to a red ginseng-containing health food composition having a reduced bitter taste and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, a red ginseng concentrate containing red ginseng concentrate concentrated to 60% or more solid content and a pear concentrate extract concentrated to BRIX 60 or more. It relates to a health food composition and a method for producing the same, characterized in that the bitter taste of the is reduced. According to the present invention, by adding a pear concentrate extract having similar physical properties to the red ginseng concentrate, the red ginseng-containing health food with a bitter taste can be made more comfortable by reducing the bitter taste to suit the taste of modern people. Therefore, not only the efficacy of red ginseng can provide new health foods utilizing the taste and functionality of pears. In addition, in particular, it is possible to more easily ingest the bitter red ginseng drink produced with only a small amount of drink as a conventional health drink.
