abstract In the hydrogel mask pack having excellent skin beauty effect and improved physical properties, a method for preparing the same, and a composition for a hydrogel mask pack used therein, the hydrogel mask pack is one selected from the group consisting of aqueous solution of fibroin, alginate, cellulose and agar. The composition prepared by mixing the materials of is poured into a mold of a certain shape, and then the mold is prepared by immersing it in an aqueous metal salt solution, alcohol or distilled water. The hydrogel mask pack has excellent moisturizing and skin regenerating properties while at the same time having strength and elasticity suitable for use as a mask pack.
