abstract | There is a need for a pharmaceutical composition or method for rapidly expressing a drug effect without enlarging the formulation and degrading the quality due to the interaction of the drug substance and the disintegrant. In particular, there is a great demand for preparations containing analgesics or fast-acting hypoglycemic agents, which are indispensable for rapid drug expression after administration, preparations containing a high content of the active ingredient, or preparations having two or more active ingredients. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to improve the disintegration of pharmaceutical compositions without enlarging the formulation or degrading the quality due to the interaction of the active ingredient and the disintegrant. The present invention provides a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition with rapid disintegration time by blending one or more disintegrants and one or more water-soluble salts having an aqueous pH of 3 to 9 at a concentration of 2.5% in a pharmaceutical composition having an active ingredient. The present invention also provides a premix composition obtained by mixing a disintegrant and a water-soluble inorganic salt having an aqueous solution pH of 3 to 9 at a concentration of 2.5%. |
