abstract |
The present invention relates to a biosensor for measuring an analyte present in a sample, wherein the biosensor according to the present invention includes at least one electrode and forms an enzyme reaction layer on the electrode to react with the analyte present in the sample. A spacer which bonds the insulating lower substrate with the lower substrate and a predetermined upper substrate and forms a sample injection space for inducing a sample to be sucked up to the position of the electrode along the enzyme reaction layer; and a sample through the sample injection space facing the lower substrate. And an insulating upper substrate having an air discharge space through which the sucked air is discharged, wherein the air discharge space is a three-dimensional shape formed in a different layer separate from the sample injection space.n n n Accordingly, the sample suction rate can be increased while minimizing the amount of blood required for the measurement. |
