The present inventionn n n (a) contacting a sample sample with a plurality of different amounts of antigen specific for the antibody;n n n (b) detecting the amount of specific binding between said antibody and said antigen;n n n (c) for each amount of antigen used in step (a), drawing or calculating the amount curve of the specific binding to the amount of antigen; And,n n n (d) determining the presence or absence of the disease or disease susceptibility based on the amount of specific binding between the antibody and the antigen at each different antigen concentration used, wherein the antibody is resistant to disease state or disease susceptibility. A disease state or disease susceptibility detection method in a mammalian subject comprising detection of an antibody in a sample sample comprising a body fluid of said mammalian subject characterized in that it is a biological label. |
