titleOfInvention Exhaust gas filter
abstract The exhaust gas purifying apparatus is provided with a main diesel particulate filter installed in a main exhaust line of a diesel engine, a sub exhaust line branched from the exhaust line at a branching point on an upstream side of the main diesel particulate filter, and the sub exhaust line installed in the sub exhaust line. A sub diesel particulate filter having a loading capacity smaller than the soot loading capacity of the main diesel particulate filter, and a low pressure portion provided at a downstream side of the sub diesel particulate filter in the sub exhaust line to provide a pressure lower than the pressure at the branch point. And a differential pressure measuring unit for measuring the differential pressure between the inlet side and the outlet side of the secondary diesel particulate filter.
