The polymer composition comprises (a) a high molecular weight branch component and (b) a low molecular weight branch component. Some polymer compositions are characterized by a substantial absence of amyl or methyl branches and a melt strength (MS) that satisfies the above relationship (I), where x is at least about 12.5 and y is at least about 3.0. Some polymers are characterized by having a melt strength (MS) that satisfies the above relationship (II), wherein x is at least about 3, y is at least about 4.5, and molecular weight distribution is greater than 3. Also disclosed are methods of making the polymers. |
