abstract | The present invention relates to a maleimide-α-alkyl styrene heat-resistant quaternary bulk copolymer and a method for preparing the same, more specifically N-substituted maleimide monomer 5 to 60% by weight, α-alkyl styrene monomer 10 to 70% by weight, unsaturated nitrile monomers 5 to 50% by weight, and aromatic vinyl monomer 3 to 50% by weight of the present invention relates to a continuous bulk polymerization process for producing the same.n n n The quaternary block copolymer according to the present invention is a heat-resistant quaternary block copolymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 7 to 300,000 and a glass transition temperature of 150 to 200 ° C., and has excellent thermal stability and heat resistance at high temperatures. In addition, the melt viscosity is remarkably low, and excellent in productivity, processability, moldability, and kneading property when mixing with other resins as well as self processing.n n n In addition, the continuous bulk polymerization process of the present invention is a continuous bulk polymerization process with a devolatilization device, and is capable of producing a low molecular weight copolymer with high efficiency. |
