abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional ice cream prepared by pulverizing organic selenium-containing grains and mixing them with ingredients of ice cream, and more particularly, inoculating mushrooms in a crop containing an inorganic selenium solution during mushroom growth. The present invention relates to a method of preparing an ice cream by combining organic selenium-containing grains in which selenium is converted into an organic selenium form having a pharmacological function through metabolism and the ingredients of the ice cream. |
