The present invention provides a binder for an electrode mixture comprising a semi-IPN (semi-Interpenetrating Polymer Networks) structure by forming a crosslink in a state in which polyurethane is mixed with polyvinyl alcohol, and a secondary battery comprising the same. Such a binder has excellent electrode adhesion, excellent electrolyte resistance, and elongation is improved to prevent peeling or detachment of the electrode active material even when repeated charging and discharging, thereby maintaining the capacity or output of the secondary battery. |
