abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel 5 ′ adjacent sequence of soybean lipoxygenase 2 (LOX 2) gene, a genetic marker associated with soybean rinsing properties in soybeans. According to the present invention, without the phenotyping and inoculation process, which requires complex data collection, it is possible to quickly screen for beany-free variants in the early stages of plant growth. The markers of the present invention make it possible to provide faster, more reproducible, and lower cost genotyping methods than other genotyping methods. |
