abstract |
Disclosed are a magnetic bead extraction device for separating and purifying biomolecules in a microfluidic system and a microfluidic system including the same. Magnetic bead extraction apparatus according to the present invention comprises a buffer liquid chamber; A sample solution channel having an inlet and an outlet and a flow path in which the sample solution flows between the inlet and the outlet and having a connection portion in contact with the buffer liquid chamber in a part of the flow path; And a magnetic body disposed adjacent to the buffer liquid chamber and applying magnetic force to attract magnetic beads mixed in the sample solution to the buffer liquid chamber through the connection part. Only magnetic beads of the sample solution flowing along the flow path of the sample solution channel are selectively attracted and collected in the buffer solution chamber, and the remainder is discharged through the sample solution outlet to obtain purified magnetic beads without a separate cleaning process. |
