abstract The present invention relates to a sustained-release porous microparticles and a method for producing the same for respiratory delivery of charged protein drugs, the sustained-release porous microparticles according to the present invention by a macrophage cell with a sufficient particle size of about 25 ㎛ It reduces destruction, secures porosity by containing an appropriate amount of cyclodextrin derivatives, and transfers the drug to the center of the lungs by containing protein drugs stably and uniformly. In addition, it can be usefully used as a respiratory drug delivery formulation because it can suppress the initial release of the drug and thus sustained release for a long period of time, longer than 4 days.
