titleOfInvention | 상 Solid state transdermal treatment system containing absorbent |
abstract | The present invention relates to novel solid state transdermal therapeutic systems containing UV absorbers, especially designed for photosensitive active pharmaceutical substances. The UV-stable transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) of the present invention consists of a backing layer (1), at least one active ingredient-containing matrix (2) and a peelable protective film (3), optionally an adhesive layer (4) and a separation layer. (5) is introduced between the backing layer 1 and the active ingredient-containing matrix 2. UV absorbers from the group of hydroxyphenyltriazines can be inserted into the backing layer (1), the active ingredient-containing matrix (2) or the adhesive layer (4). The TTS of the present invention achieves high stability using low concentrations of UV absorbers. Thus, in particular, it is possible to prevent or reduce the risk of possible skin irritation. |
