titleOfInvention | Antibodies to Gastrin Release Peptide Precursors and Uses thereof |
abstract | A new ProGRP measurement method is provided without problems such as deviations in measurement values and operational constraints such as sample handling. Specifically, a method for measuring a gastrin releasing peptide precursor or its degradation product using two or more different antibodies that recognize a peptide having the 40-75 th partial amino acid sequence of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1. Also provided are methods for measuring gastrin releasing peptide precursors and / or degradation products thereof using two or more different antibodies that recognize peptides having a 40-79th partial amino acid sequence of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1. In addition to obtaining a detection sensitivity equivalent to that of a conventional measuring method, the method of the present invention has advantages such as easy handling of a sample after collection and a high reproducible measurement value. |
