titleOfInvention Semiconductor device and its manufacturing method
abstract SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor device capable of suppressing latch-up when there are a plurality of wells having different depths and a manufacturing method thereof.n n n a p-type silicon substrate 20, a shallow n well 34 formed in the silicon substrate 20, a shallow p well 30 formed in the silicon substrate 20 next to the shallow n well 34, and a shallow p well. Silicon substrate 20 formed on silicon substrate 20 next to 30 and having n wells 28 deeper than p wells 30 and between shallow p wells 30 and deep n wells 28. The semiconductor device has a p well 26 formed deeper than the p well 30.
