titleOfInvention | Surface material for building materials |
abstract | The present invention relates to a surface material for building materials, and more particularly, to a surface material for building materials that has a beautiful appearance (wood texture, etc.) is implemented directly on the surface material itself without the attachment of a separate decor film. The present invention provides a surface material for building materials comprising a synthetic resin substrate, an embossed pattern formed directly on the surface of the synthetic resin substrate by a roll press, and a colored coating layer formed on the surface of the embossed pattern. The colored coating layer is preferably formed so that a larger amount of the colorant is coated in the intaglio than the embossed embossed pattern so that the thickness formed on the intaglio has a larger size than the thickness formed on the intaglio. According to the present invention, the design (embossed pattern) is directly implemented through the roll press process on the substrate itself without attaching a separate decor film to realize the design, thereby reducing the raw material saving effect by eliminating the use of decor film, and the manufacturing process is simple and continuous. Proceeds to a conventional process has the effect of significantly lowering the manufacturing cost. Surface material according to the present invention is usefully used as a surface material, such as interior and exterior finishing materials and plastic doors.n n n n Surface material, plastic, door, deco film, emboss |
