titleOfInvention Process for preparing Angelica utility makino powder with particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.2 mm for encapsulation
abstract The present invention discloses a method and system for preparing Angelica Utilis Makino (fresh vinegar) into a powder having a particle size of 0.05 to 0.2 mm to encapsulate it into gelatin capsules. Manicured Angelica plants are sliced into small pieces with a specially designed sawing machine system. This piece is carefully dried by blowing air for 48 hours at room temperature in the shade. The dried slices are ground into a ball mill. This powder is passed through a sieve. Thereafter, powders with a diameter of 0.05 to 0.2 mm are collected, the powder having a size of less than 40 to 250 mesh. The collected powders are encapsulated in gelatin capsules by conventional encapsulation means under a dry atmosphere. Each capsule contains 1 g of Angelica Utilis Makino dry powder and other ingredients as required by the consumer. Such angelica powder maximizes its medicinal effect and is easy to swallow due to encapsulation.
