The present invention relates to a support for treating articular cartilage, and more specifically, to a porous support including a biodegradable polymer and calcium phosphate-based biocompatible ceramic, and seeding a cell component isolated, expanded, or differentiated from umbilical cord, amniotic membrane and amniotic fluid. It relates to a support for treating articular cartilage.n n n The support according to the present invention has mechanical strength suitable for cell transplantation and cartilage regeneration, and can be transplanted in vivo by a simple surgical procedure. In addition, since the porous support including the calcium phosphate-based biocompatible ceramic forms a structure similar to the calcified cartilage layer in the body to stimulate cartilage production, cartilage regeneration can be promptly achieved. |
