titleOfInvention Detection method of porcine cholera
abstract The present invention relates to complex real-time RT-PCR analysis with a heterologous internal control system (i.e., EGFP-RNA) for simple and rapid diagnosis of porcine cholera (CSFV). CSFV-specific primers and FAM-labeled TaqMan probes are selected by analyzing the corresponding sequences of the 5'-untranslated regions of various CSFV strains. In vitro transcription of 5'NTR (T7-PC3Alf) was prepared and tested to determine assay sensitivity. Furthermore, a primer-probe system for the detection of sequences of internal controls was defined, and complex assays using CSF-System 1 and IC real-time PCR could be performed as a single tube analysis without loss of sensitivity or specificity.
