Monoclonal Antibodies Specific to Human CTRP1 and Hybridoma Cells Producing Them |
abstract |
The present invention relates to hybridomas that produce monoclonal antibodies that bind to human CTRP1 (C1q-TNF Related Protein-1) and to monoclonal antibodies produced thereby.n n n The monoclonal antibodies secreted by the hybridomas specifically recognize human CTRP1 and have the ability to immunoprecipitate this protein.n n n Since a monoclonal antibody against human CTRP1 is provided by the present invention, the antibody can be used to detect CTRP1 protein simply and economically, and can be widely used for diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of obesity or diabetes. |
