The present invention relates to a washable cleansing cosmetic composition having elasticity, and more particularly to a cleansing cosmetic composition consisting of a nonionic surfactant, an oil, a polyhydric alcohol and purified water. The cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention is a new type of washable cleansing cosmetic that gives elasticity, has an excellent cleansing effect and can be easily washed off with water after use without irritation to the skin, and has elasticity to give sensual fun on the appearance. |
