abstract |
In the trace forming method of the present invention, the droplets of the trace forming material are discharged onto the substrate, and the droplets are dried by irradiating a laser beam onto the droplets (single stage) that hit the substrate, thereby drying the droplets. It consists of forming the trace which consists of these, and the P-polarized component uses 80%-100% of polarization as a laser beam. |
