abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel manufacturing process for producing spherical binary and multipart mixed oxide powders by spray pyrolysis in a hot-wall reactor. By using a combination of additives in the form of inorganic salts and / or surfactants with exothermic precipitation reactions and aqueous or organic salt solutions and suspended solids with limited salt or solids concentrations, compact spherical particle forms can be obtained and averaged. The particle diameter is in the range of 5 nm to 10 μm. |
