abstract |
The present invention discloses a method of treating renal cell carcinoma using low doses of IL-2. In particular, the present invention relates to a method of treating metastatic renal cell carcinoma of a patient whose kidney is damaged and / or does not tolerate high doses of IL-2 therapy. The treatment regimes described herein significantly inhibit tumor growth while reducing toxic and deleterious side effects when compared to high doses of IL-2 therapy. |
