Polymer Linear Actuator for MEMS and Micro Manipulator of Cranial Nerve Signal Measuring Device |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a polymer linear actuator for MEMS and a micro manipulator of a brain nerve signal measuring apparatus using the same. The polymer linear actuator according to the present invention includes first and second body portions spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, and one or more pairs of V-shaped driving units connecting the first and second body portions to each other. The driving units to be formed are arranged to face each other, and the first and second body parts are linearly moved by changing the rotational motion of each driving unit into a linear motion. |
