Method of Preparation of Catalyst |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a catalyst. The method peels off the layered crystals used as raw materials for the catalyst. The feed is then converted to the active site of the catalyst with increased dispersion yielding high activity. Preferred release agents are dicarboxylic acids, one particular example being citric acid. Preferably at least 0.75% by weight, more preferably at least 1.5% by weight of release agent is added to the catalyst raw material. |
