The present invention relates to a magnetic nanocomposite and a contrast agent comprising the same, and more particularly, the magnetic nanoparticle is surrounded by an amphiphilic compound having at least one hydrophobic region and at least one hydrophilic region, and at least one hydrophilic group present in the hydrophilic region. The present invention relates to a magnetic nanocomposite characterized in that an active ingredient binding region is bound to a tissue specific binding ingredient and a contrast agent comprising the same. |
