titleOfInvention | Sample preparation dispensing apparatus suitable for glycosylated protein detection system |
abstract | The present invention relates to an electrochemical glycosylated protein detection system, and more particularly, a marker compound capable of selectively binding to glycosylated protein is added to a solution containing glycosylated / unglycosylated protein to bind to the glycosylated protein and then the glycated protein. Means for filtering the marker compound and the unglycosylated protein combined with; And a means for quantifying a marker compound which is not bound to the glycosylated protein and is filtered. The electrochemical glycosylated protein detection system according to the present invention is a conventional glycosylated protein instead of directly quantifying glycosylated protein. By filtering and quantifying the residual marker compounds remaining after filtration, the composition and fabrication method of the sensor can be greatly simplified and economical and accurate results can be obtained. It can provide useful effects that can drastically improve the mass production and quality control of sensor manufacturing and storage of products in the distribution process. |
