abstract The present invention relates to a microorganism preparation applying microorganisms and inorganic carrier adsorption stabilization technology excellent in fermentation and extinction ability of food waste, which is waste organic resources among household wastes. The microorganism according to the present invention is Bacillus cereus isolated from forest soils rich in organic matter ( Bacillus) cereus ) ENB-02 (KACC 91319P), which secretes carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and fibrinase and decomposes at medium temperature of 20 ~ 40 ℃, resulting in almost no odor. It has an excellent effect on processing.n n n The microbial agent applying the inorganic carrier adsorption stabilization technology according to the present invention was made to have a constant treatment efficiency even in the environmental changes of food waste fermentation and annihilator using an inorganic carrier having excellent cation substitution ability, moisture control ability, and pH buffering ability.
