titleOfInvention | Early expression gene promoter derived from chlorella virus Ss-2 isolated from Korea and its use |
abstract | The present invention relates to a promoter derived from Chlorella virus SS-2 isolated from fresh water of Seosan province, Chungcheongnam-do, and its use. More specifically, the present invention encodes a protein necessary for the replication of a virus, and the virus is expressed by a host transcription organ. The present invention relates to five promoters isolated from initial expression genes expressed prior to replication, a vector containing the same, and a method for producing a protein of interest using the microalgae transformed with the vector.n n n The early expression gene promoter according to the present invention has a function of strongly expressing a foreign gene in chlorella, thereby producing a high concentration of recombinant protein in chlorella and plants. |
