abstract |
The microporous membrane according to the present invention comprises a bubble region having irregularly distributed cross-sections of three-dimensionally interconnected sheets produced by phase separation between semicrystalline polymer resin and diluent, and by diluent. Obtained by extracting the diluent after stretching the semi-crystalline polymer resin sheet in which the swelled amorphous region is present; Bubble area has irregular size and structure, the average diameter of the cross section is more than 0.01um, less than 2um, connected in three dimensions to penetrate the thickness of the resin sheet, and the volume ratio of the whole resin composition is more than 10% and less than 40%. The swelled and swollen amorphous region is a region in which a swelling ratio is 200% or more and is formed during the stretching process to form three-dimensional micropores connected to each other to form pores having an average diameter of 0.01 μm or more and 1 μm or less. |
