titleOfInvention | Sequence of reaction elements in the promoter of the DSRN-dependent protein kinase |
abstract | The present invention is directed to p53 RE (response element), a method for inducing expression of the PKR gene, and a method for inducing the expression of the PKR gene, which are required for p53 to bind to and express transcriptional activity of a dsRNA-dependent protein kinase (PKR) gene. A composition and method for screening cell apoptosis inducing substances. p53 protein binds to p53 RE of the present invention and induces expression of PKR, which in turn triggers signal transduction after PKR, causing various physiological phenomena. |
