The present invention provides a convenient method for producing difluorophosphate useful as an additive to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for secondary batteries using readily available and inexpensive raw materials. Specifically, there is provided a method for producing difluorophosphate, comprising contacting a raw material salt consisting of carbonate and / or borate, and a raw material gas comprising P and F, if necessary, containing O. . The raw material salt may be lithium carbonate or the raw material gas may be a substance obtained by decomposing LiPF 6 . LiPF 6 can also be mixed with lithium carbonate for reaction. Furthermore, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution containing the reaction product obtained in this way is provided. |
