abstract |
Transdermal and transmucosal absorbents are often unable to obtain a sufficient amount of absorption, and development of additives for enhancing transdermal and transmucosal absorption of various drugs is required. A compound for promoting transdermal and transmucosal absorption is provided by blending a required component with hydroxy apatite. The maximum particle size of hydroxy apatite is 1 μm or less, preferably 0.1 μm or less, and the compounding amount of hydroxy apatite is blended. 0.1 to 1000% by weight of the drug. |
