The plurality of inlet tubes are suitable for directing continuous flow of the enzyme solution into the entire volume and the surface of the wound bed of the lesion, and at least one outlet tube from the enzyme solution, fluid exiting from the lesion, closed skin lesions. Suitable for removing tissue debris.
