abstract |
The present invention relates to a solar cell electrode comprising a catalyst layer formed on an electrode substrate coated with a conductive material, wherein the catalyst layer is composed of vertically oriented carbon nanotubes, a method for manufacturing the same, and an embodiment including the same. It is related to a battery. The solar cell electrode of the present invention can increase the surface roughness of the electrode when applied as a counter electrode of the solar cell and shorten the charge transport path to reduce the charge transport resistance, thereby improving the efficiency of the solar cell. |
