The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition capable of producing multiple emulsions in the form of W / O / W in an emulsion using olive oil which is safe for skin. In the conventional production of multiple emulsions of W / O / W type, there is a disadvantage in that the preparation time is long and the formulation stability is low.
