Manufacturing method of thermoplastic resin composition for light reflector, molded article for light reflector, light reflector, and molded article for light reflector |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition for light reflectors containing 2 to 45 parts by mass of an inorganic filler (B1) having an average particle diameter of 3 µm or less treated with a fatty acid-based surface treatment agent, based on 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin (A); A thermoplastic resin composition for light reflectors containing 2 to 45 parts by mass of an inorganic filler (B2) having a refractive index of 1.61 ≦ α ≦ 2.5 and an average particle diameter of 3 μm or less, based on 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin (A); Light reflector containing 0.01-3 mass parts of fatty acid glycerol ester and / or fatty acid glycerol ester (C1), and 0.01-3 mass part of fatty acid glycerol monoester (C2) with respect to 100 mass parts of thermoplastic resins (A). The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition for an optical reflector, and relates to a molded article for light reflectors formed from the resin compositions for light reflectors, and to a light reflector in which a light reflecting metal layer is directly formed on at least part of the surface of the molded article for light reflectors. |
