abstract | The fexofenadine hydrochloride solid composition of the present invention comprises 1) 5 to 45% by weight of fexofenadine hydrochloride as an active ingredient, 2) 10 to 25% by weight of corn starch, 10 to 25% by weight of microcrystalline cellulose and low-substituted hydroxypropyl. 15 to 35% by weight of cellulose, 1.0 to 5.0% by weight of crospovidone, 0.1 to 5.0% by weight of silicon dioxide, 0.1 to 5.0% by weight of glyceryl behenate, and 3) hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium oxide, ethylcellulose and diesyl Fexofenadine hydrochloride containing a composition containing 1.0 to 10.0% by weight of the primary coating mixture consisting of phthalates and 1.0 to 10.0% by weight of the secondary coating mixture consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, titanium oxide, talc, lecithin, aluminumate, xanthan gum and iron oxide. Tablets can be prepared with a dissolution rate of up to 85% within 45 minutes to 1 hour at pH 1.2, 4 to 5 hours at pH 4.0, 10 to 15 minutes at pH 6.8 and 15 minutes at water.n n n Fexofenadine hydrochloride (HCl) |
